How does BodyTite™ work?
“Pockets of fat” is the fat our bodies store fat in localised areas, such as around the hips, abdomen or thighs. This fat is usually stubborn, and you may find that exercise or diet can’t get rid of it alone. Body contouring is a type of procedure for eliminating those tricky areas and restoring your natural shape. However, some body contouring treatments, including surgical liposuction, can leave you with saggy, excess skin. This will likely be more prominent as you age due to less collagen and elastin in the skin. BodyTite™ is fantastic because it addresses both concerns in a single procedure.
BodyTite™ Body Contouring uses innovative Radio Frequency (RF) technology to liquefy fat, which is then drained from the body. During procedures, our qualified doctor makes a very tiny incision in the treatment area, through which to transmit the RF energy. This not only melts down the fat cells, it has the added benefit of heating the soft tissue and stimulating the production of collagen fibres. Over time, the added collagen causes your skin to tighten, strengthen and rejuvenate for a fresher, smoother appearance.
BodyTite™ sessions are relatively quick, and last less than an hour depending on the area being treated. The liquefied fat and excess fluids are drained from the body through a tiny cannula (hollow tube). Unlike surgical liposuction, the doctor makes no large incisions and the procedure is minimally invasive.

Facelift FAQ
Fat is drained away during BodyTite™ procedures and you should see some visible results straight after treatment. You will then notice further improvements in the ensuing weeks and months. This is while the new collagen production continues to tighten your skin. Peak results can usually be experienced from between three to six months, although everybody is different.
